What are the hours for support?
All requests are scheduled between 9-4p, PST, Mon – Fri (excluding major holidays). However, our team makes its best effort to stay alert for any urgent or catastrophic events outside of these hours.
Can I keep my current hosting provider?

Can you fix it to show $0.00 as a default and then update automatically update after the customer inputs their address?
