Do I have to sign a long term contract?
WebCare® is month to month – no contract. We want you to love your service, not feel trapped by it.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Simply contact your WebCare® concierge before your next billing cycle.
How many requests can be completed in an hour?
One hour of WebCare® professional updates generally equals about 3 – 4 requests per month. See all the requests you can make here: Website Professional Updates
Can I add additional hours for updates?
Absolutely! You can add additional time to your monthly package in hourly increments, at $75/per hour. Contact your WebCare® concierge.
Will website updates include SEO optimization?
Yes! When applicable, we always apply the appropriate technical SEO to new content on your page or post. For example, posting a new blog includes writing a meta title and description, internally/externally linking appropriate keywords, rewriting titles for keywords, adding additional headers into the article (targeted for keywords), and adding alt tags for media.
For a robust keyword strategy, you must purchase an SEO or marketing package that includes keyword strategy for a full SEO/keyword strategy. Or, we can work with your marketing team to implement technical SEO onto your site. (The WebCare® base package does not come with a keyword strategy.)
Can I send WebCare® requests on the weekend?
You can send in your requests at any time and they will be immediately scheduled. All requests will be completed during WebCare® hours of operation— Mon-Fri 9am-5pm (MST).
Will you remind me to update my site?
Yes, twice a month! We send you professional tips and strategies to help improve your site. You can implement any of these strategies through your hour of professional updates.
Can you create, edit or customize graphics?
Absolutely! Depending on the complexity of the task, if we need to get one of our designers involved, we will provide you with a quote.
I need a new page(s)
We are happy to provide you a quote for designing and developing any new pages.
Will WebCare® write copy/text for me?
WebCare® does not provide copywriting, but we do share pro copywriting tricks in your monthly strategies.
Can you train me on WordPress or how to edit my own website?
WebCare® does not provide WordPress or website training. However, with your website concierge at your fingertips, why would you want to get your hands dirty?
