What are the hours for support?

All requests are scheduled between 9-4p, PST, Mon – Fri (excluding major holidays). However, our team makes its best effort to stay alert for any urgent or catastrophic events outside of these hours.


Can I keep my current hosting provider?

Yes, however, some hosting providers block/limit/restrict our ability to best secure, monitor, and service your website. Therefore, you’ll only receive the absolute BEST support for your eCommerce website if Premium Managed WordPress Hosting is included in your plan.
